Join Our Innovative and Dynamic Team in South Africa as a Junior Sales Engineer!

In this role, you will support technical sales efforts, act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and customers, and help drive growth by delivering innovative solutions. Responsibilities

  • Technical Support and Advisory :

Assist in providing technical expertise and support to customers during the sales process.

  • Leverage foundational knowledge in areas like Android Enterprise, RFID, or software development to help customers solve challenges and adopt solutions.
  • Support the design and presentation of technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Sales Collaboration :
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and adapt sales strategies that align with customer requirements.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster trust and long‑term collaboration.
  • Problem‑Solving and Coordination :
  • Help solve moderately complex technical problems by working with internal resources and senior team members.

  • Coordinate technical resources to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Engagement :
  • Participate in customer meetings to understand their business needs and technical challenges.

  • Provide input and support during negotiations for technical and financial aspects of deals.
  • Continuous Learning and Development :
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide customers with up‑to‑date solutions.

  • Work under the guidance of senior team members to develop your technical and sales expertise.
  • Qualifications

  • 1‑5 years of relevant work experience in a technical sales, sales engineering, or customer‑facing role.
  • Foundational understanding of Android Enterprise, RFID, or software development (e.g., Kotlin, Java) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with networking, device management, or radio frequencies is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Some experience in supporting or participating in sales processes, including preparing technical presentations or proposals.
  • A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English at a professional level is required.
  • Engineering mindset with the ability to balance technical and commercial priorities.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn from senior colleagues.
  • A collaborative and team‑oriented approach to work.
