Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Specialist.

The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical problems, communicating effectively with customers, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

The role also involves working closely with other team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery and installation.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Proficient in Troubleshooting
• Experience in Technical Support
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant industry certifications and / or a degree in a technical field is a plus
• IT knowledge
• Gallagher access control certified or any other tier 1 access control system
• Will be involved in large Fire, CCTV, access control and many other electronic systems.
• Training will be provided
