Job descriptionCapture and manage leave records / schedules for various sites Capture employee records Conduct Payroll functions and generate various reports as and when required Conduct payroll synopsis and reconciliations Attend to third-party scheduled and payments Assist with electronic and / or physical filling of records Perform ad hoc duties related to the position and requisite skills sets
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 or equivalent plus a relevant NQF Level 6 Payroll qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Payroll Clerk position
- Advance computer skills and sound knowledge of SAGE 300 People, Report Writing & ESS leave module
- Deep understanding of time & attendance processes
