About the Role

A well-established company in the retail sector, based in Midrand, is seeking a hands‑on and dependable Fleet Controller / Logistics Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, drivers are managed effectively, and logistics processes run efficiently.

This is a practical, on‑site leadership role suited to an individual with solid technical knowledge of trucks and diesel engines.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirement / Qualification : Diesel Mechanic qualification is highly advantageous. Experience : Proven experience in fleet control or logistics supervision. Strong technical knowledge of trucks, engines, and maintenance. Leadership and supervisory experience essential. Must be proactive, reliable, and detail‑oriented. Valid driver's license. Willing to work occasional overtime as required.
