The Opportunity

This isn’t a design or content role — it’s a hands‑on technical position for a HubSpot CMS expert who thrives on building, optimizing, and maintaining high‑performing web infrastructure.

As our HubSpot Website Developer, you’ll lead all technical aspects of our HubSpot‑hosted website, working closely with marketing and product teams to implement smart, data‑driven solutions. You’ll code in HubL, manage HubDB‑driven content, build custom modules and templates, and ensure our platform remains technically robust and conversion‑ready.

What You’ll Do

• Own the technical management and performance of the Office Beacon website within HubSpot CMS (Content Hub Pro / Enterprise).
• Develop and maintain templates, modules, and landing pages using HubL.
• Manage and structure HubDB tables for dynamic content like team members, testimonials, and case studies.
• Implement data pipelines and integrations with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and third‑party tools.
• Ensure optimal site speed, data flow, and scalability across all pages and modules.
• Configure redirects, metadata, and tracking codes, maintaining a clean and SEO‑friendly site structure.
• Troubleshoot bugs, code issues, and layout inconsistencies efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate functional requirements into clean, scalable code.
