About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Foreman to lead our busy mechanical workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of mechanics efficiently.
Qualifications
- Trade Test / Red Seal qualification would be advantageous (Diesel Mechanics)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a workshop environment
- At least 2 years in a leadership / supervisory role
- Strong diagnostic and technical skills
- Valid drivers license (Code B or higher)
