Job descriptionReceive completed Services / Breakdowns and Planning Schedules from relevant administration Compile Payment Certificate and Invoice Ensure Files are Approved and Taken to Bhisho for Payment. Log all Servicing Appointments Order all Servicing Spares, Check and Distribute for all Branches. Monthly Report Contracts Cashflows Budgets / Target Target VS Actual Tracking Spreadsheet Quoting & Invoicing Receive and capture all tender notifications on Tender List. Accurate completion of tender documentation. Ensure relevant documentation is certified and valid. Source supplier pricing and terms of validity Understand tender data Keep copy / scan of document before submitting. Keep CSD Updated Database / Registrations / Memberships.
Job Description
To provide support to various departments which include accounts, management, and technical department. Ensure stability in profitability by maintaining a high customer satisfaction and retention rate.
Minimum Requirements :
- National Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Project Management / Cost and Management Accounting
- 2 – 3 Years related job experience.
- Strong Excel skills : intermediate to advanced
