Position Overview
The Technical Analyst will play a pivotal role in our global IT Delivery. This position acts as a business analyst for applications and business process change improvements. As a business partner to key departments, including Commercial, Finance, and Operations, the specialist will understand departmental processes, how they interact with our applications, leadership and departmental data requirements, and look for opportunities to improve efficiency and decision‑making through better data and processes. The role holder will also be responsible for the project management of changes and new implementations within their area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis : Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, applications, and data requirements. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance business efficiency.
- Business Partnering : Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, and Operations departments to understand their processes and needs. Act as a liaison to ensure that application solutions align with business objectives.
- Process Improvement : Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Implement changes that drive better decision‑making and productivity.
- Data Management : Understand and assess high‑level and departmental data requirements. Ensure data integrity and accuracy, and use data‑driven insights to support business strategies.
- Application Management : Oversee the implementation and maintenance of business applications. Ensure that applications meet the needs of the organization and are used effectively.
- Project Management : Manage projects that deliver business change through the use applications and data. Ensure robust change management for great adoption outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or application management.Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, and Azure with strong foundational cloud knowledge.Strong understanding of Commercial, Finance, and Operations processes in a Consultancy or software delivery business.Demonstratable abilities in project and change managementExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in data management and application tools.Experience in Salesforce or Dynamics CRM would be beneficialWhy Morae Global?
