PEOPLE SUPPORT GENERALIST : Manufacturing Department

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a detail-driven, service-minded People Support Generalist to join our dynamic People Support team. You’ll be the heartbeat of our employee experience — ensuring every HR process, from onboarding to exit, runs smoothly and with care. In this role, you’ll maintain accurate employee data, coordinate lifecycle processes, and provide trusted support to both employees and managers. Key Responsibility Areas :

• Maintain accurate and compliant employee data and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, movements, and offboarding processes.
• Support HR processes related to performance, benefits, and recognition.
• Assist with engagement initiatives, surveys, and communication campaigns.
• Provide recruitment and training administration support.
• Ensure compliance with POPIA, labour regulations, and internal policies.
• Support HR systems (ERS / ESS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
