Position : Policy Analyst / Operations Specialist

Pay Range : $2000 - $3000 USD / month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : South Africa, Philippines, Latin America, or Any Region

Work Location : REMOTE

Duties and Responsibilities

• Policy Research & Analysis

Conduct first-pass reviews of legislation, policy documents, and regulatory updates related to the U.S. education landscape.

Maintain and organize operational workflows, documentation, and processes—primarily using Notion as the team's central hub.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones.

Support communication with external partners and stakeholders (mostly async; occasional calls as needed).

Education : Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience : 3+ years of related experience
