Duties & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for Quantity Surveyors to manage the financial and commercial aspects of some of our Residential sites.

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate will have :

• A BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Residential Property Industry.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Quantity Surveying within the Building & Construction industry.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with the following programs :
• Candy or any other CCS (Construction Costing Software) - Non-negotiable
• QTO or Cost X
