The role is responsible for achieving team performance targets, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and contributing to the organisations strategic objectives, financial growth, and market presence. The successful candidate will also serve as a Key Individual (KI), providing strategic oversight, ensuring strong governance and operational control, and upholding ethical and compliance standards in accordance with the FAIS Act, Board Notice 194 of 2017, and all other applicable legislation.
Client Service & Compliance
Ensure advice and services align with client needs, risk profiles, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements where needed.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and ensure team compliance with all legislation and standards.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external product providers.

Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet performance targets.
Set KPIs, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
