About the role
The Accounts and Office Administrator provides comprehensive support to the Finance Manager and the office, ensuring smooth financial operations, accurate record-keeping, and efficient administrative processes. This role combines accounting, office management, and contract administration responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Assist Finance Manager with following tasks
- Bank PaymentsPetrol top ups - on demand.Data and airtime top ups - on demand.Ad-hoc payments - Travel allowances, Accommodation etc.bank queries.
- Finance in XERORaise invoices in debtors and collect.Raise bills in creditors and pay.Process bank statement into cash book.GL Reconciliations.
- Liaise with accountantsDebtors file.Creditors file.deal with queries.
- DEXT Applicationsfiling petrol and credit card slips.Email queries.various.
- Management assistancedocuments.customer care.ad-hoc.
Recons with Payroll on P&L (PSIBER)Compile and review all Company's Contracts- Maintaining and filing.
- SLA's.
- NDA's.
- Policy Updates.
- Assisting HR with Employment Contracts – updating contracts and uploading it onto HR System.
- Company Support.
- Handovers and sim swaps.
- Month-end T-NET Report.
- Maintaining Masterfile.
- Ensure all records have been captures and maintained on HR System.
Managing and maintaining Insurance for all Vehicle, Devices, and Laptops- Claims for loss and damage.
- Updates on Assets.
- Weekly updates.
- Maintaining Masterfile.
- Ensure all records have been captures and maintained on HR System.
- Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities in line with your capabilities and at the request of your Superior.
Minimum Requirements
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric.
- Qualification in Bookkeeping or equivalent.
- Valid Drivers License and access to a car.
- Efficient in MS Office.
