Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvements.

Support in managing SEO strategies, keyword research, and content optimization to enhance search engine rankings.

Assist in email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, setting up automation, and tracking performance.

Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and potential growth opportunities.

Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across digital platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for promotions and campaigns.

Maintain and update digital assets, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media schedulers.

Experience

Working Hours
