2 x Shift Supervisor

An exciting opportunity exists for experienced and results-driven Shift Supervisors to join a leading mining operation in Rustenburg. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about production excellence safety and leading high-performing underground teams.

Requirements :

• Blasting Certificate (essential).
• Supervisory Certificate of Competency (essential).
• Grade 10 / Standard 8 (minimum educational requirement).
• Mine Overseers Certificate of Competency and Grade 12 (advantageous).
• Minimum 34 years of supervisory experience in underground stoping operations.
• Strong knowledge of mining production safety and legal compliance.
• Excellent leadership planning and problem-solving skills.
• Medically fit no criminal record and able to pass Heat Tolerance Screening (HTS).
