Operations Manager

Salary : R30 000 - R45 000 per month based on experience

Our client, a rapidly expanding furniture manufacturer and distributor, is seeking an operations manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial management, sales operations, and inventory control. They will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and be capable of implementing strategic initiatives to drive profitability and ensure adherence to company policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• 3-year qualification in Business Management or Commerce
• 8 - 10 years in a senior management level
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in Excel
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
