Junior Accountant

The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing and reporting financial information for the organization.ResponsibilitiesEnsure daily target reports and cash flow reports are completed accurately and on time.Reconcile bank statements monthly.Import bank data into Acumatica daily.Ensure cashbook capturing is done regularly and accurately by the cashbook clerk.Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations.Update and maintain the fixed asset register.Upload and process COD suppliers on Salesforce.Upload creditors on Salesforce.Analyze and clear debit balances - centralized function at head office level.Manage internal transfers between branches.Run month-end reports from TMS.Maintain discretion and trustworthiness, as you will often handle confidential information.Display flexibility and adaptability.Exhibit good oral and written communication skills.Organize tasks effectively and multitask efficiently.Be proactive and take the initiative.This job posting is active.
