Wild Dreams HospitalitySouth AfricaThe Assistant Resident / Lodge Manager will be responsible for assisting in the overseeing of all departments, operations and day to day running of the lodge.
Ensure exceptional guest service, supervise and motive staff and drive the lodges quality plan while implementing all required standards.
Candidate Requirements : 5 years minimum experience in similar 5-star lodge management positionHave a Matric / Grade 12 or similarFormal Hospitality Diploma or Degree preferableProven skills & track record in F&B managementFront office management experience essentialBe a creative and innovative individualMust be experienced in managing, training, cost control and have strong administrativeMust be able to build relationships with staff, guests and within the communityAbility to cope well under pressure and be able to multitask wellGood interpersonal skills and communication with staff and guestsHave good financial acumenBe fully computer literateMust be a professional well-presented individualHave a good command of the English language spoken and writtenBe guest-centric ensuring great experiencesKnowledge of NEBULA & OPERA Systems or similar PMS / POS system requiredEffective leadership & management skills leading, training and motivating the teamMust have a Valid Drivers License and own vehicle beneficialBe able to do an onsite interview at the LodgeThis is a live in positionAccommodation and meals on duty provided
