About Our Client
Our client is a high-energy group fitness studio based in the U.S., founded by a seasoned fitness leader previously with a renowned bootcamp brand. With a second studio location launching soon, the business is evolving from a local passion project into a scalable fitness brand. The founder brings a strong personal following but is now looking for a marketing leader to drive outreach beyond that network and fuel sustainable growth.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and highly independent Digital Marketing Manager to own and lead all aspects of digital marketing. This is a high-impact role where you will have full responsibility over the studio’s online brand presence, lead generation strategy, and execution across platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for fitness, a growth mindset, and experience working with early-stage or founder-led brands.

Key Responsibilities
Website Optimization & SEO
Audit and enhance the studio’s current self-built website to improve UX and organic traffic.
Social Media Management
Own the social content calendar and creative execution to build a cohesive, engaging brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Email Marketing
Set up and manage automated email campaigns (Mariana Tek), including nurture and retention flows.
Paid Media & Acquisition
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to generate leads and drive sign-ups for both studio locations.
Brand & Copywriting
Craft compelling messaging and visuals for ads, landing pages, emails, and social platforms that reflect the energy and purpose of the brand.
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and lead a full-funnel digital strategy that supports both immediate lead goals and long-term brand development.
Act as the strategic marketing owner, offering guidance and insight without relying on direction from the founder (who does not have a marketing background).
Who You Are
3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally with a consumer-facing or lifestyle / fitness brand
Proven track record in SEO, paid media management, and content marketing
Excellent copywriting and brand voice skills
Experience with CRM tools or studio platforms like Mariana Tek (a plus)
You have either worked in or are passionate about the fitness or wellness space
You thrive in autonomous roles and are confident taking full ownership of strategy and execution
You’re excited about helping a growing business expand into new markets and build a digital foundation for scale
