The ability to cope with a busy office environment and varied workload is required and accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
Effective and efficient people skills are a vital part of the role.
The post holder will ensure that all Occupational Health data is cleansed and up to date in line with GDPR regulations, as well as assisting in the efficient running of the clinics in the office.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesTo identify all hard and electronic medical records and define their retention period in line with the data retention policy.To have knowledge of procedures and protocols.To scan and upload any outstanding data from clinicians onto the relevant systems.Work under own direction to ensure data is processed efficiently and in line with the data cleansing guidelines.To perform reception duties within the clinic.To perform all tasks and duties when required providing flexibility within a team working environment.Carry out special projects, as directed by senior management.To process the incoming and outgoing post for the office.Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required for the Role : 2 years administration experience.Effective communication and people skills.Excellent IT skills, MS Office literacy and experience of database management.Knowledge of Access to Medical Records Act, Data Protection Act and Information Governance would be desirable but full training will be given.What Can We Offer You?Competitive salary.25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.Buy and sell holiday scheme.Pension scheme.Health Cash Plan.Career progression opportunities.Employee Assistance Programme.Cycle to work scheme.Eye care test vouchers.Flu vaccination scheme.Employee discount scheme.Life assurance.Professional registrations fees paid.Clinical Training Academy.Optima Health is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
