Reporting to the Client Partner, you will create impact within our Client management capability.As an Account Manager at Jellyfish, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring smooth execution of client initiatives, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Acting as a strategic partner, you will confidently collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution, optimize processes, and uphold best-in-class client management practices.
Your role will include maintaining data integrity, developing insightful briefs, and proactively engaging clients with success stories and thought leadership.Your primary responsibilities will include : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, channels, or initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client objectives and how our work delivers on those objectives.Develop and support the development of insightful briefs that align with client goals and oversee their successful executionUnderstand Jellyfish best practices and coordinate across capabilities autonomously, including project management and billing to facilitate smooth task completion and best in class service delivery.Support the client team by independently implementing everyday fundamental requirements (such as client playbook updates, supporting with meeting notes, Salesforce data accuracy, tracking of client commercials etc.)
within the client management functionUnderstand one or more Jellyfish offering and have a prioritized plan for developing expertise in other areas, including our innovative AI solutions.Maintain at least one certification from a necessary partner.Nurture client relationships by engaging them with key events, webinars, success stories, and case studies to strengthen their connection with JellyfishQualifications3+ years of demonstrable expertise in a similar role, working with paid search, analytics and SEO projects beneficial.
An understanding of the Google technology stack is desirable.Business and commercial acumen : Proficiency in confidently presenting to clients, selling or identifying upsell opportunities. Familiar with working in an agile environment and handling prioritised tasks simultaneously.Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, are confident with C-suite level engagement, and developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business. Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes across complex business environments.Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.Problem Solving - When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
