As the Director of Project Management and Design, you will be a key leader within our organization, responsible for overseeing and driving our property development projects. Your role will involve strategic planning, team management, budgeting, and ensuring design excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategic Leadership :

Develop and execute a comprehensive vision for project management and design, aligning with the business goals.
Drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence in project execution.

Team Management :

Lead a multidisciplinary team, including architects, engineers, and surveyors.

Foster collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth within the team.

Project Planning and Execution :

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion.

Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

Budgeting and Cost Control :

Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and manage cost control measures.

Implement effective financial management practices.

Design Excellence and Compliance :

Ensure design integrity, functionality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Collaborate with architects and designers to create innovative and sustainable solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Communicate project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. [We need to look at this element – PQS essential. Master’s degree]

Proven experience in project management and design within the property development sector.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, project management software
