Your mission
As Senior Financial Manager you are ensuring the commercial viability of our project pipeline.
By applying your extensive experience in Renewable Energy and leveraging your network in the South African finance sector you will secure funding models, advise the company in strategic decision and lead engagements with investors and lenders.
Project finance
- Expand and maintain a network of investors and lenders for Renewable Energy projects (Wind, Solar, BESS)
- Develop project finance concepts and models for the C&I market
- Feasibility-analysis of Renewable Energy projects throughout the life cycle of the project
- Support the development of bankable financial models
- Manage external stakeholders (investors, lenders, shareholders) during the development process
- Prepare offers and present projects to investors, banks, offtakers and other relevant parties
- Responsible for the sales & procurement process including relevant contracts
