Requirements A relevant qualification in social work, community development, nursing, or a related field is highly desirable. Proven experience working with vulnerable adults, particularly those with disabilities, mental health challenges, or age-related needs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage a caseload effectively. Proficiency in basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting. A valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle for community visits. Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to undergo background checks and provide professional references.
