About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at VW Vereeniging, focusing on new vehicle sales. In this customer-centric role, you will engage with potential buyers to understand their needs, showcase our latest offerings, and drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Actively promote and sell new vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options.
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, effectively communicating the value of our vehicles.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure a positive buying experience.
Follow up with leads and maintain a current pipeline of prospects.
Collaborate with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
Stay informed about new vehicle models, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
Demonstrable experience in customer service and relationship building.
Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of financing options and vehicle specifications.
