Job Description - Drive new business development across industrial, manufacturing, logistics and warehousing sectors. - Identify and engage prospective customers and key decision-makers. - Conduct on-site customer visits, packaging assessments and product trials. - Demonstrate cost savings and operational benefits through a consultative sales approach. - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. - Grow revenue within existing accounts and develop new opportunities. - Provide customer training on effective packaging and wrapping techniques. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to successful conversion. - Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records on the CRM. - Travel regularly across Gauteng and surrounding provinces, with occasional travel nationally. - Industrial Industry The Successful Applicant A successful Industrial B2B Sales Specialist should have: - 3-10 years' experience in B2B, industrial, technical or solution-based sales. - Proven track record of generating new business and opening new accounts. - Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, packaging or related industrial environments. - Strong prospecting, cold-calling and business development skills. - Commercially minded with the ability to understand and communicate cost-saving opportunities. - Confident engaging with decision-makers and operational stakeholders. - Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently. - Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. - Comfortable working in factory, warehouse and operational environments. - Willingness to travel as required. - Valid driver's licence.
