Responsibilities :
- Manage entire creditors function, ensure accurate and timeous processing of supplier invoices and payments
- Check supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Produce and action supplier recons and resolve any discrepancies
- Verify compliance with company policies and internal creditors controls
- Keep accurate supplier records and check that all documentation are correctly filed
- Liaise with suppliers regarding queries, outstanding payments, and statement recons
- Load supplier payments on banking platform for verification
- Process and reconcile creditor payments, ensure all payments are allocated correctly
- Maintain correct authorization and supporting documents for all payments
- Capture payments daily on bank statement
- Process and reconcile petty cash transactions, ensure payments are correctly supported
- Capture and reconcile fleet card transactions
- Process and reconcile business credit card transactions, ensure supporting documents are attached
- Resolve card transactions discrepancies
- Process stock-related invoices, ensure correct allocations and approvals
- Help with stock-related reconcs and discrepancies
- Help with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support finance team with general ledger recons and journal processing
- Produce reports and provide financial analysis as required
- Maintain financial records complying with company policies and regulatory requirements
