Senwes Grainlink is seeking a Grain Procurement Administrator who will be responsible for managing risk through effective control, processes and administration of the allocated procurement region.

Responsibilities:

• Gather relevant information of executed trades, including dates, parties involved, amounts, and products or services exchanged.
• Handle and deal with client queries and provide the necessary information or refer clients to third parties for further assistance as required, ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Communicate relevant transactional information to the Grain Procurement Officer.
• Process general office documentation and maintain accurate records of the admin system.
• Manage the distribution and receipt of contract documents and ensure that all necessary paperwork is accompanied by the contracting mandate to and from the Head Office.
• Ensure that transactions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and organisational standards.
