We are looking for individuals who bring professionalism to their job, are enthusiastic, lead by example, and exhibit true leadership in the role.

You will be providing our customers with an unrivalled dining experience, with duties such as :
Providing exceptional table service with a focus on detail and guest satisfactionMaintaining an in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine list, and sequence of serviceInteracting with our customers and educating them about the company, our wine, and our wine clubGuiding and supporting junior team members, acting as a mentor and role modelAssisting in managing daily floor operations to maintain efficiency and a high standard of serviceAssisting with routine restaurant tasks such as setting and preparing tables, polishing cutlery, and glasses when requiredCollaborating with the management team to uphold restaurant policies and standardsBringing new perspectives from previous roles to the teamAbout You We believe our people are our greatest assets - our philosophy of being an exceptional employer plays an important part in providing you with job satisfaction, allowing you to focus on ensuring the guests of our restaurant receive a dining experience that will excite, challenge, entertain, and satisfy.
We are looking for those that have the following attributes :
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with a high volume of customersA great team-player approach with the desire and hunger to grow your knowledge about NZ food, wine, and serviceAt least 1 year of experience in a restaurant hospitality roleSelling skills, bar skills, barista skills, food safety knowledge, and F&B service skills are pre-requisites for successStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support team members.Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.A General Manager's licence or the ability to obtain one would be highly regardedApplicants for this position should have New Zealand citizenship / residency or a valid New Zealand work visa and be committed to the Queenstown Lakes Region.
