PRODUCTION FOREMANLesothoThe person we are looking for will reside in Ficksburg and travel to Lesotho- Company transport providedThe person will be the production supervisor at a Manufacturing / assembly plant.

The Company assembles, tests, and package electrical products as per the specification.Qualification : One of the following Qualifications and skills required : Trade test (Millwright / Toolmaker) and 3 years experience in a Supervisory role within the Production / Manufacturing environment.BTech.

Mechanical Engineering and 1 year of management skills in the Production or manufacturing environment.National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 2 years of Management skills in a manufacturing / Production environment.BEng Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and proven Leadership capabilities.Skills required : Must have solid production supervisory skills and capacity;Must have a proven ability to supervise and work with people;Good interpersonal and communication skills;Ability to work independently and as a team memberResponsibilitiesIdentifying and reporting assembly and quality problems to the Factory Manager and Quality Foreman;Implementing and maintaining corrective and preventative actions as advised by the Factory Manager and Quality Foreman;Ensuring that the finished products are correctly identified;Ensuring that all relevant work instructions and quality instructions are available before starting the production lines;Implementing and maintaining safety and health standards per the OSHACT System;Maintaining production records and general housekeeping.
