Job Purpose
The Trainer is responsible for evaluating, identifying, and training all staff within their respective departments on the technical knowledge and skills required for each machine and process. Reporting directly to the Technical Team Lead, the Trainer will collaborate with departmental teams to address gaps in knowledge and skill within the production structure. They will also maintain accurate training records and update skills matrices, ensuring comprehensive documentation of staff training and development. Along with the Training administrator they will ensure training documents, certificates and reviews are completed and distributed on time and presented to the Technical Lead and managers. They are to ensure the upskilling of Staff within production on all aspects of the role as a production worker at Amrod.
