Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm (British Summer Time)
Monthly Salary : USD 2000 to 2500 per month, depending on experience
Location : 100% Remote

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and drive subscriber growth for our mobile app — a tool designed to help people eat better every day by combining meal planning, nutrition science, and convenience.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You’ll be our first hire dedicated solely to app growth. Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing and executing a customer acquisition strategy that goes beyond our existing channels.
- Leading growth experiments — including customer interviews, value proposition testing, lead magnet creation, and optimizing landing pages.
- Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.
- Using data to drive insights — set up experiments, analyze performance, and iterate rapidly.
- Exploring B2B opportunities with health organizations, wellness brands, and partners.
- Embracing autonomy — you’ll thrive without a playbook, figuring things out, moving quickly, and prioritizing progress over perfection.
