What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership :
- Craft and implement integrated marketing plans across channels and market segments.
- Lead data-driven strategies using customer insights, consumer trends, and analytics.
- Present and refine campaigns with clear ROI tracking and performance analysis.
Campaign Execution & Team Collaboration :
Work with internal creatives and external partners to deliver outstanding advertising and communication assets.Manage social media platforms and digital content across all touchpoints.Coordinate events from concept to on-the-ground execution.Oversee CRM, lead nurturing, and email strategies in partnership with digital teams.Brand Building & Engagement :
Align messaging across channels and customer lifecycles.Drive awareness, loyalty, and conversion with consistent, compelling storytelling.Be a brand ambassador at events, press engagements, and internal forums.What You’ll Bring
5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a brand-led or product-driven environment.Proven ability to create and execute successful campaigns across multiple channels.Strong project management and multitasking skills—you thrive under pressure.Expertise in social media marketing, CRM platforms, and automation tools.Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Hotjar , Google Analytics , etc.Excellent communication and copywriting skills.A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advantageous).Existing press / media contacts or experience with AutoSLM, Keyloop (CDK), Autotrader, or cars.co.za is a bonus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
