Job descriptionUnderstand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Act as the main point of contact for client communication and queries. Project Management : Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, content, and technical) to execute campaigns effectively. Campaign Strategy and Planning : Provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive campaign plans. Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization. Prepare regular reports for clients, highlighting campaign performance and ROI. Upselling and Cross-selling : Work with clients to identify additional needs and propose solutions. Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough QA checks on digital assets and campaigns before delivery. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or related roles. Experience in a digital agency environment is preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and tools. Proficiency in project management software and CRM systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Client-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proactive and results-driven. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Job Purpose :
The Digital Account Manager / Key Account Manager at GAS Marketing is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital response marketing and automation services. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects.
Work with clients to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with their goals.
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
