Position : Human Resource Administrator | Recruiter | Industrial Psychology
Position Purpose : Responsible for the day-to-day running of the different clinic sites. Conducting onsite medicals, COID case support, site walkthroughs, first aid readiness and support, ordering of stock, counselling, chronic conditions management, management of minor ailments and referrals.
Experience
3 - 4 years’ experience in onsite OH clinics and PHC setting.
Qualifications
Occupational Health Nurse, Dispensing license / certificate, audiometry, spirometry and vision certificate.

Manage and maintain Occupational Health and Wellness programmes to establish the physical, psychological and social well-being of the worker in a safe working environmentProvide reports and communicate with employees and employer groupsProvide information the client can use to eliminate, control and minimize health risks and hazards to which the employees are or may be exposedFacilitate and implement Occupational Health Services and / or screeningMonitor the health status of employees through ongoing surveillance programmesConduct Wellness and preventative interventions as guided by trends and national health observancesExecute medicine stock controlManage service level agreements and operational details of companies where providing a product or service to a companyWork effectively within a budget and ensure smooth administration of all aspects of the servicePerform Medical Surveillance and personal health assessmentsPerform fitness for work evaluationsTreatment of Injuries on Duty, ailments, emergencies, monitoring chronic diseases, supervision of DOTS and annual influenza immunization campaignAttend relevant meetings and participate in health and safety committeesCOID administration, implementation and facilitation.
