The candidate will oversee the smooth running of a private residence, maintain the estate to impeccable standards, and deliver exceptional yet discreet hospitality during family visits. The ideal candidate will have a genuine appreciation for remote, nature-based living, thrive in a high-expectation environment, and bring pride, ownership and discretion to all aspects of the role.
Candidate Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations and general upkeep of the property
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance plans for buildings, vehicles and grounds
- Supervise staff and coordinate external service providers
- Ensure guest readiness at all times, including housekeeping standards and estate presentation
- Provide warm, discreet hospitality and anticipate needs during family visits
- Plan and coordinate meals (for couples, cooking responsibilities may fall to the second partner)
- Manage budgets, stock control, procurement and record-keeping
- Uphold high standards of safety, security and confidentiality
- Assist with logistics such as arrivals, departures and activity planning
Candidate Requirements :
