Retail Store Manager- Kraaifontein, Western Cape – R40 000 to R45 000 An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead and drive performance within a well-established retail environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for people, customer experience, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Full management of store operations, including sales performance, staff leadership, stock control, and administration Achieving sales targets and profitability through effective budgeting and cost control Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving customer queries professionally Maintaining compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Driving team performance, engagement, and a positive store culture Leveraging digital systems to optimise inventory and operational processes Minimum Requirements: National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 4 years retail experience, including proven management experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office and retail operating systems What Were Looking For: Strong leadership and decision-making ability Results-driven with an achievement-oriented mindset Comfortable managing complexity in a fast-paced retail environment Self-aware, resilient, and motivated to add continuous value If you are ready to take the next step in your retail management career and thrive in a performance-driven environment, wed love to hear from you.
