Group Technology Officer R75 000 R100 000 per month (depending on structure and experience) / Johannesburg North

Bachelor degree or equivalent is essential in Computer Science, Data

Science, IS, Business Technology or related field, Retail expertise mandatory always on audience, Experience in Digital Transformation with CRM platforms and websites, and Experience with AI integration tools like chatbots and predictive analytics. At least 5 years plus technology experience at a senior level managing multiple technologies and tools. Experience in developing and executing a robust IT strategy that aligned with the groups business objectives for all its brands and sales requirements.

Ability to develop and implement strategies, systems and processes.

Excellent people management and engagement capacity, Budget and operational management, Reporting and analytics, Ability to embrace new ideas and processes and execute thereof, Deadline driven - ability to meet targets, Proven track record of driving results, AI / Automation tools chat bots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, In-depth understanding of CRM Systems aligned to the retail sector, Handson integration of CRM with AI tools or 3rd part platforms, Website and Digital platform ownership and management, Leadership in cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Marketing), Hardcore retail experience and expertise with insights into customer data

that identifies technology improvements, enhancements and implementation

Technology workflows lead management, inventory systems, sales

process, aftersales management, workshop management. Ability to translate technical jargon into sales and operational benefits, and Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on ROI-driven innovation.
