Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Property Practitioner. The role involves managing client relationships, facilitating property transactions, conducting market analysis, and providing expert advice on investments. Responsibilities also include liaising with legal and compliance teams, marketing properties, and ensuring a smooth buying, selling, or renting process for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate transactions, client management, and property negotiations
• Valid PPRA registration (or working towards it).
• Proficiency in market analysis, property valuation, and investment advisory
• Strong communication, customer service, and consultative selling skills
• Basic knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks related to property transactions
• Familiarity with digital marketing and real estate listing platforms
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines
• Relevant experience in real estate management; a real estate license is a plus
