• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or C.A. preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Experience in the sawmill or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a key role in the strategic management of the company, overseeing all financial activities to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the sawmill or manufacturing industry, strong leadership skills, and a track record of driving financial performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.

Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports.

Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital to maintain financial stability.

Identify and mitigate financial risks to the company.

Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
