Job Summary

We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a remote-first team driving growth in the IT solutions sector. This role is perfect for candidates who understand B2B SaaS, managed services, or cybersecurity sales , and are passionate about outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns targeting IT decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Managers).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles.
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Personalise outreach using account-based strategies and industry research.
• Report activity metrics and optimise conversion rates through data-driven insights.
