The chosen candidate will oversee the sales process of investment properties to prospective buyers with a focus on maximizing profitability and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Turn our sales and marketing strategy into a smooth, automated, reliable revenue engine. Make everything run cleaner, faster, and with fewer mistakes. You own the process.
• Operate with tools and automation platforms (Resimpli, LeadZolo, Google Workspace, Zapier, n8n or similar automation tools), call and text systems, KPI trackers, and deal analyzers to support real estate dispositions.
