Head of Business Development

Are you a sales hunter, wanting to take a company to the next level? Company within the financial services sector is seeking a Head of Business Development to join their team.

Minimum requirements :

• Tertiary qualification relating to sales and marketing / finance would be highly beneficial
• At least 10 years' experience in an external sales role within the wellbeing / Financial Planning / Advisory, or Employee Benefits industry
• Due to the inherent requirements of the role, this person must be in possession of a valid drivers license and own transport
• Drive new business acquisition in the corporate sector
• Build and maintain a robust B2B sales funnel
• Develop a high-performing business development team
• Proven sales acumen and track record of business development success
• In depth understanding of budgeting, debt, credit, savings, insurance, retirement etc.
