• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Economics, or related discipline
• Experience with Global Markets products : Fixed Income, Exchange, Money Markets
• Knowledge of settlement & payments processes
• SQL skills and familiarity with vendor management
• Understanding of integration architecture
• Strong grasp of Front, Middle, and Backoffice processes
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Excellent analysis, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Customer service orientation, leadership, and learning agility
