Responsibilities

• Configure and customize product modules based on client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Oversee technical aspects of data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Offer hands-on client and technical support during go-live.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
• Document business processes, configuration decisions, and implementation steps.
• Collaborate with clients and the sales team to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist with client workshops, conduct gap analyses, and provide recommendations for effective software adoption.
• Provide feedback to sales and development teams to influence roadmap improvements.
• 3+ years relevant work experience as a Developer, Technical Business Analyst, Implementation Analyst, or similar role.
• Previous software experience with highly configurable applications.
• Detail oriented and exposure to QA processes.
• Strong SQL skills
• Exposure to API integrations
• Proven track record in a problem-solving capacity.
• Proven ability to work both independently and within a team.
