Job description
Minimum requirements :
- Requesting and compiling rates from agents, airlines & service providers
- Preparing accurate estimates via CargoWise (WebCargo in future)
- Handling customer queries and forwarding aspects on selected shipments
- Managing high-volume estimates (400500 / month) and emails (±300 / day)
- 23 years airfreight estimating / forwarding experience
- Solid understanding of import / export procedures
- CargoWise knowledge is beneficial (not essential)
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
