To understand the local area in order to maximize acquisition opportunities. To proactively acquire new risk groups within the Business segment. To ensure optimal product penetration on acquisition of all risk groups. To ensure effective onboarding of new Risk Groups and retention of existing risk groups. To provide effective relationship management aimed at optimizing customer profitability and value to the Bank. To execute the bank's offering in line with the Customer Value Proposition for the business segment.
