Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide first-line IT support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows / macOS operating systems and common business applications.
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including internet connectivity and LAN / Wi-Fi issues.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions using Active Directory (or relevant system).
  • Ensure security measures, such as antivirus updates and data backups, are implemented.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and processes in an IT helpdesk system.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff for complex technical problems and system upgrades.
  • Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Experience with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A+ and / or N+ certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
