Key Responsibilities :
Provide first-line IT support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows / macOS operating systems and common business applications.Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including internet connectivity and LAN / Wi-Fi issues.Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions using Active Directory (or relevant system).Ensure security measures, such as antivirus updates and data backups, are implemented.Document technical issues, solutions, and processes in an IT helpdesk system.Collaborate with senior IT staff for complex technical problems and system upgrades.Requirements :
2+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.Experience with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems is a plus.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.Strong communication and customer service skills.A+ and / or N+ certification preferred (or equivalent experience).Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).ICT jobs
