As they expand internationally, they are seeking a Paid Media Buyer to lead high-performance advertising campaigns across multiple channels and markets.

Role Overview
The Paid Media Buyer will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. The Paid Media Buyer will focus on driving qualified leads and supporting international growth through data-driven targeting, thoughtful testing, and continuous performance improvements. This role is ideal for a performance marketer with hands‑on experience managing campaigns end-to-end across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns from scratch across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Drive qualified lead generation and conversions through data-backed targeting and audience segmentation.
- Manage campaign setup, budgets, bidding strategies, and daily optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Partner with the creative team to align messaging and visuals for high-performing ads.
Optimization & Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities.Conduct A / B testing across creatives, ad copy, and audiences.Analyze key metrics and report actionable insights to leadership.Implement best practices for tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with internal teams managing creatives and lead funnels to ensure seamless campaign delivery.Provide insights on audience performance, trends, and scaling opportunities.Stay current on emerging ad formats, tools, and platform updates.Qualifications
Experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google (TikTok experience preferred).Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple countries and markets.Familiarity with lead generation, landing page optimization, and performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS.Skills
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.Strong analytical and reporting abilities using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.Excellent understanding of audience targeting, lookalike modeling, and creative testing.Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy, insights, and recommendations.Results-oriented, analytical, organized, and proactive in optimizing performance.Passion for growth marketing and scaling global campaigns.What Success Looks Like
