Our client in the Retail Industry requires the services of a Stock Forecaster to ensure stock levels.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key performance areas :
- System coordination of supplier accounts to optimize the most profitable ordering patterns / frequency
- Item parameter setting and data analysis to enable optimal forecasting results
- Place supplier purchase orders to ensure achievement of inventory and service
- Promotional planning and replenishment
- Project Management
- Data analysis and reporting
Desired Experience & Qualification
The successful candidate must have :
Matric with a B.Com Supply Chain degree or relevant degreeMinimum of 2 years relevant experience would be advantageousMust have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)Excellent computer literacy skills – (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)Product and market knowledgeAbility to analyse numerous dataAbility to cope under pressureExcellent planning and organizational skillsPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
